Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PoseIQ Share, operated by Arvinnovate Engineering Solutions Pty Ltd, handles information when you use the service.
Information stored on your device
Your movement library and programs are stored locally in your browser unless you choose to share, export, or upload content. Clearing browser data, resetting the browser, or changing devices may remove locally stored information.
Google and YouTube data
When you choose "Upload to YouTube," PoseIQ Share uses Google Sign-In and requests only the minimum YouTube permission required to upload the video you selected to your own YouTube account.
- Google account access is used only to complete the upload you explicitly initiate.
- PoseIQ does not access Google user data unless you choose to sign in.
- PoseIQ does not use Google user data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or AI model training.
- PoseIQ does not sell, share, or transfer Google user data except as necessary to provide the functionality you request.
- PoseIQ does not collect or store your Google password.
- OAuth access tokens are used only for the requested upload and are not intentionally retained on PoseIQ servers after the operation is completed.
PoseIQ's use of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data protection and security
PoseIQ is designed to minimise the collection and storage of personal information.
- Movement libraries and programs are stored locally within your web browser unless you explicitly choose to share or upload content.
- All communication with Google APIs is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
- Google OAuth credentials are used only to complete the action you request and are not intentionally stored on PoseIQ servers after use.
- Access to Google user data is restricted to the minimum permissions necessary for the requested functionality.
- Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to help protect information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Sharing
Anyone with a program share link may be able to view that program. Only include a patient or participant name when you have permission, and avoid sensitive, confidential, or unnecessary health information.
Camera and video
Camera access is used only when you choose to record a movement. Video processing occurs locally within your browser whenever possible. Videos remain under your control and are uploaded only when you explicitly choose to upload them.
Third-party services
Google, YouTube, the public exercise dataset, and other external services operate under their own privacy policies and terms.
Revoking Google access
You can review or revoke PoseIQ’s Google account access from your Google Account security settings at any time.
